Investment Procedure
Department of Customer Service of Bao Minh will support investors in searching relative legal formalities, prepare needed documents for applying the Investment License and other processed as Import and Export License, Taxation Registration Certificate, Labour Certificate … We will corporate closely with Industrial Zone Authority of Nam Dinh, Official Departments of Province so that to ensure the implements of policies and supporting conditions in the best way for investors.
Due to Decree no. 108/2005/NĐ-CP from Prime Minister, Investors are required to perform each step by themselves as follows:

| 1 | Investors will sign a contract with Infrastructure building companies to booking place under the supervision of Industrial Zone Authority of Nam Dinh. |
| 2 | Investors finish the procedure that asks for Project Certificate at Industrial Zone Authority of Nam Dinh. |
| 3 | Investors or Consulting Unit hired from Investors prepare documents for the Certificate of Investment due to the regulation. |
| 4 | Industrial Zone Authority of Nam Dinh will be the main responsible person for inviting related official departments, infrastructure building companies take part in the verifying meeting in order to issuing the Certificate of Investment for Investors. |
| 5 | Industrial Zone Authority of Nam Dinh issue the Certificate of Investment in case of projects meet full of conditions and hold an Anniversary for releasing Certificate of Investment. |
| 6 | After receiving the Certificate of Investment, investors sign an official land leasing contract, other contract of using infrastructure with infrastructure building companies. |
| 7 | Infrastructure building companies hold a meeting for handing over land to investors, with the observation of Industrial Zone Authority. |
| 8 | Investors finish procedures for the Building Construction License from Industrial Zone Authority and the procedure for verifying and validating the design/alternate of detonating combustion safety at PC 23, Nam Dinh Police Office. |
| 9 | Investor roll out work items belong to the approved projects. |
| 10 | Investors contact Infrastructure building companies for instruction of complete connection with the industrial park. |
In general, Investors should search legal documents which are related to investment processes and procedures in Vietnam, most of the main contents are in Decree no. 108/2006/NĐ-CP date 22/9/2006 from Prime Minister.
